Why pay more?

No matter the reason, you deserve to yield as much from your sale as possible. I understand this and am able to offer the terrific rate of 1.5pct on the sellers side through 2024. There would still be a suggested buyers side commission and traditional seller title fees to factor. I am happy to discuss these fees, your estimated proceeds and a successful game plan with you. 

All calls, texts and emails will be answered and responded to with a sense of urgency. During the negotiation and contract phases, I will be at your side or leading the way with great communication and carrying out all that is necessary to have a successful transaction. While transactions do go sideways on occasion, I'll do my part in keeping things flowing in a timely manner.
