Additionally, I am licensed as a home inspector (FL), ready to break a sweat and very handy. With my understanding of the VA property condition requirements, I will help you negotiate the best deal. Below is a progression of work I did during a transaction for my VA buyers. The sellers were not in position to have the necessary work done. Through my company Steel Toe, I performed the work, journalized the process and sent the paid invoice and proof of work to the appraiser and lender. No re-inspection required.
I am willing to do what it takes......VA Appraiser required peeling paint to be remediated, sealed and painted. The deal closed on time.
